We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our expanding Finance team and business.
This role is perfect for individuals with a background in accounting or finance who are eager to make a significant contribution to our company's success.
As a mid-level position within our organization, the Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping Canadian-level reporting and driving key finance initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and distribute monthly update files to sites, collaborating with the wider finance team- Provide day-to-day support and communication to our joint venture community, ensuring a clear understanding of finance topics and fostering informed operating partners- Assist with P&L reporting, partner distributions, incentive-based compensation plans, and tax matters- Analyze hospital budgets, identifying and sharing business themes to integrate with forecasts and support the development of finance strategies- Collaborate with the Accounting team on adjustments, financial deep-dives, and re-classesWhat Makes Someone a Good Fit:
- Strong accounting and analytical skills, with a track record of supporting business growth and process development- Experience in budgeting and valuation- Ability to comprehend and communicate complex financial information, offering valuable insights into numerical data- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required; CPA and Masters in Accountancy preferred- 3
years of experience in accounting or finance roles- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, xlookups, macros, and BI & AI toolsYou'll Also Bring:
