We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns - Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Requirements:
