Job Description:
Transtech Engineers, Inc.
is looking for a candidate to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
The candidate will be part of the Building & Safety Department and responsible for maintaining business files, data entry on Excel, answering phones, running errands, and various other tasks to keep the business running efficiently.
This is a paid entry-level position.
Location:
The candidate will be assigned to our Corporate Office location in Chino for training.
Thereafter, the candidate may be assigned to one of our client cities.
Responsibilities:
Scanning Filing Answering Phone Calls Data Entry Other administrative functions Requirements:
Customer Service Proficient Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel) Valid California State Class C Driver's License Excellent verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Willing to travel to our client Cities for possible assignments in the San Gabriel Valley Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
