is looking for a Project Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! A Procurement Assistant/Receptionist is responsible for supporting various department needs to complete job tasks, in addition to being a go-to resource for our office.
The Project Assistant/Receptionist works directly with different departments to ensure effective and efficient coordination of transactions, while maintaining the organization of the front office.
The perfect candidate will be an energetic, highly motivated, take-charge type with excellent communication and organizational skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Aides in processing documents for various departments Data Entry Answer telephone, screens, and direct calls, takes and relay messages.
Greets people entering organization.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Ensure common areas and conference rooms are clean and supplied appropriately.
Deals with queries from the public and customers.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional duties as assigned, including filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Computer literate Proficient with office software, primarily word processing (i.
e.
, Microsoft Office suite) Good time management skills Able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Able to work alone or with a team in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak & listen effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule.
