Our industry deals with welding, hydraulics, electrical and framing.
We have a full time, entry level position available.

Requirements/
Qualifications:
Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call and transfer call and take and deliver messages.
Retrieve documents from filing system, handle requests of information and data Maintain office supply inventories Handle customer queries, Schedule appointments Draft correspondence and other front-end tasks.
Education/
Experience:
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment, Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
