General Responsibilities Receiving and directing all incoming phone calls Monitoring entry to the facility and greeting all visitors Responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including processing paperwork for the Night Crew Assisting with vendor management; entering purchase orders Supporting receiving by scheduling dock appointments and assigning receivers to unload vendors Working with Logistics Analyst to collect paperwork from our Delivery Drivers, and communicate instructions to Shuttle Drivers Help to fulfill will-calls from the Warehouse and distribute inter-department mail, as needed Will assist various departments with projects as needed Work Schedule
Benefits Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule:
5am to 1:
30pm (Off Tuesday - Wednesdayor Wednesday-Thursday) Weekend and holiday availability required Excellent Benefits, to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA's, 401(k)/Profit Sharing Plan, Adoption Assistance, Education Reimbursement, Supplemental Health Plans and Pet Insurance Pay Range is $20.

Job Requirements:
A minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative role answering multi-line phones preferred but not required Store Associates Minimum (1) year tenure with In-N-Out Burger Minimum Level 3 No Final Warnings in the last six (6) months Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus Must be a self-starter and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness Excellent verbal and written communication skills and display a professional and accommodating manner both on the phone and in personal contact Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations to represent the company in a positive and professional manner High School diploma or GED (required) ABOUT In-N-Out Burger In-N-Out Burger was founded in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, California, and remains privately owned and operated.
