Our organization is currently seeking a new team member to join our Human Assets Department.
The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor and appearance.
They should also have the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
This position primarily involves tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, organizing files, and maintaining attendance and timecards.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for assisting colleagues in staying organized, as well as providing support to other departments as required.
Compensation:
$20 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:
Take initiative in your job and daily tasks Maintain a positive and professional attitude Be a team player Provide admin support Update and maintain HA databases Keep confidential documents organized Maintain attendance records Make sure that timecards are precise and adhere to the time policies Answer phones and take messages Submission of Workman's Compensation Claims Assist with onboarding Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations Maintain the confidentiality of documents
Qualifications:
