Marketing Assisant

Position Overview:

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for all adminstrative duties for the Sales & Marketing Department and for managing the direct mail program. This position is part-time of (20 hours) per week. This position provides clerical and administrative support to the marketing department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and organize all marketing-related mailings; compile mailing lists; manage opt outs and opt ins; coordinate mailing details, including direct mailing.
Gather and Analyse data for sales and management team, provide useful suggestions for adjusting marketing strategy.
Submit and manage quotes for all marketing materials and supplies.
Product sampling preparations.
Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents as needed.
Other office assistance duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirement:
College Graduate or Student with relevent majors.
Previous experience using Outlook, Internet, Windows, Microsoft Office and Computer systems.
Proficiency in oral and written English language communication.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
