JOB DUTIES/DESCRIPTION (includes, but is not limited to):
General office duties including filing, faxing, scanning, copying, etc.
Answering and re-directing phone calls with great phone conversation skills
Check emails and answering inquiries from customers
Order entering, invoicing, order tracking and follow ups
Manage daily inbound/outbound shipment
Provide excellent customer service
Data entry
Daily quoting, management and coordination of shipments
Ordering supplies if needed
Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier, Tender shipments, Routing
Track and trace all shipments
Confirm rates with carriers
Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads, and select most cost effective method of delivery
Prepare commercial documents, BOLs, EDI labels, all necessary paperwork
Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement appropriate solutions
Answer and resolve billing questions when needed
Daily communications with customers on relevant issues and resolution
Manage Inventory, cycle counts, create inventory sheet sheets, and etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
