This position is open for second shift only (with training on first shift).
We need candidates with strong QA experience.
We are looking for candidates with these specific QA/QC skills:
Product line quality checks (checking weights and code dates)
Pre-op inspections
Microbial swabbing
Allergen control (knowledge of cross contamination and segregation practices)
Document control: good document practices, knowledge of SOP's
Sanitation procedures
Knowledge of HACCP principles (metal detector and temperature control)
Knowledge of GMP's - must be able to understand and enforce
